The Codfish Cake with PDO Serra Cheese filling is sold exclusively in our shops, ready to eat.
In all our shops we offer a unique experience: tasting the Codfish Cake with PDO Serra Cheese filling with a glass of Port wine, by the contrast of the sweetness of the wine with the saltiness of the codfish cake. Although we also have the option without cheese, we suggest tasting the Codfish Cake with Serra Cheese, to honour our roots, in Serra da Estrela mountain.
There is no need to make a reservation at the shops of the Casa Portuguesa do Pastel de Bacalhau.
If you are in Lisbon, we suggest the Beer Museum, where you can taste the Codfish Cake with PDO Serra da Estrela Cheese filling and have a meal. The Beer Museum is a Portuguese gastronomy restaurant in one of the biggest squares in Europe, the Terreiro do Paço, with the Tagus river as a background.
